Alliance Partners utilise an online application form to establish a SMSF or to facilitate Take-Over of an existing fund. CSS prepare the relevant documents and send for client signatures.
The documents prepared for a new SMSF will include:
- Establishment of an individual or Corporate Trust
- Relevant Trust Deeds
- Complying Documents (including minutes)
- ABN and TFN Application
- Establishment of cash management account and stock broker account (if applicable)
